Letter of Recommendation for Lovonn Winley

To Whom It May Concern: August 16, 2022

During my tenure at Eaton Corporation, I have worked alongside Lovonn Winley, an Electrical Assembler. I immediately recognized her as a subject matter expert of the assembly line and test environment. Lovonn has a process improvement mindset who provides enlightening ideas for growth. With her years of electrical wiring experience, Lovonn delivers a leading edge in safe practices. Her knowledge has repeatedly reduced non-value tasks.

Based upon my time at Eaton, Lovonn has assisted me in determining different tools or methods to simplify work practices. She has worked with me on customer service inquiries to troubleshoot concerns in the field. She reduced safety risks with a new method to wire harnesses inside a unit. Her problem-solving strategies has changed assembly work instructions to improve how quickly a customer service representative can make connections between the finished unit and auxiliary equipment. This electrical assembler is always mindful to perform at the highest level in a safe manner. She once identified the root cause of why a unit did not move smoothly down a conveyor. She immediately brought to my attention that the alignment of the conveyor and the type of brakes hindered the progress of units moving from production to test. With this analysis, a vendor was brought in to remedy the situation. Lovonn continuously strives for excellence in her daily tasks. She constantly establishes daily goals to build several units and provide the test department with quality builds. She sets her quality standards high, and this allows us to surpass our first pass yield goals regularly. She is fascinated with eliminating unnecessary steps to deliver a quality product. Ultimately, I believe she will be a great asset to any company. It is my pleasure to recommend Mrs. Winley for any opportunity you may present to her.

Best Regards,

Michael T. Woodard
