Developed this role to assure data quality across GE Aviation engine life cycle. Led a team of 5 employees and 36 contractors responsible for integrity of engine data for 40,000+ engines, supporting Airframe manufacturers and Airworthiness Agencies world-wide, as well as internal teams, GE Service Shops and Airline Customer fleets and overhaul shops. Mission was to improve data quality, grow our data capture, make digital connections and deliver strategic data products. 22 organizations consumed the data. Presented to all levels of leadership in multiple forums.

Created focused teams to improve data quality - eliminated over 33,000 inaccuracies from 14 data sources.

Mastered 197 Customers’ data: 3218 Aircraft and 5767 engines; eliminating 14,187 errors and reducing Field Service reporting by 50% through enabled data connections across multiple GE Aviation business teams.

Increased capture of delays and cancellations by 20% by working with field engineers and simplifying the user interface to upload the data.
