EXPERIENCE

Quantify Resource Partners, Inc. - Director of Business Development (May 2019 – Present) hired by Quantify to deliver a revenue strategy focused on personnel, tools, client acquisition and growth. Developed training materials for new and experienced employees, upgraded software tools, identified bottlenecks in recruiting processes and hired coachable personnel eager for the challenge. Expanded outbound sales efforts to potential clients while creating a process that ensured a steady stream of qualified candidates for each project. Example: created a recruiting process for a large clinic chain that was unable to recruit RNs and NPs in rural areas. My approach brought more candidates to interviews and enabled the organization to become fully staffed within six months.

CareATC - Project Manager (June 2018 – April 2019) Hired to manage large account responsibilities associated with 30 clinics in 7 states. Worked closely with clients (energy providers, municipalities, technology companies) to deliver healthcare improvements to their employee populations. CareATC collected and managed over 2,400 distinct datapoints on over 200,000 patients nationwide in an effort to improve employee health and outcomes. Sourced and hired over 25 MD/DO/NP candidates while managing every aspect of the onboarding process, even backfilling providers on leave with agency locums. Rolled out latest technology to each clinic and managed each project milestone.

Quantify Resource Partners, Inc. - Regional Sales Manager (January 2015 – June 2018) Built an organization within Quantify responsible for candidate acquisition and solution delivery within the healthcare vertical. Achieved 120% of plan (on time/under budget) every year through networking, mastery of available software tools, strong sales skills and hard work. Specialized in sourcing physicians/nurse practitioners for employment at hospitals and clinics nationwide. This role requires daily field engagements, persuasive management techniques and effective negotiating skills. Cisco - Sales Manager III, Advanced Services (February 2013 – November 2014) Hired by Cisco to grow its Latin American services business by identifying areas of opportunity and creating the infrastructure capable of securing those opportunities. Drove a significant initiative to determine Cisco's barriers to successful market penetration in the region and established a business plan designed to overcome those barriers. Created a detailed RFP that lead to responses from 9 qualified consulting firms. Analyzed responses based on ability to meet the project’s needs as well as each vendor’s relevant history. Obtained buy-in from senior management regarding budget and scope while formulating a list of unknowns that needed to be addressed. Hired sales representatives, developers and contractors with experience in the services industry and coached those individuals to achieve desired results. Increased services sales 26% in the region over previous year. Logan Medical Center - Chairman of the Board (2009-2012) joined the board as a trustee and was elected Chairman two months later. Led this struggling Critical Access hospital with four clinics away from insolvency

(we were losing $1M/year when I joined) and toward a model that better served Logan county and surrounding communities. I was able to convince the board, the physicians and the patient community that the best option was an investment from a larger healthcare concern. I hired a consulting firm and instructed them to assess the facility’s value and to send that out to potential acquisition partners. The best offer came from Mercy Health Systems, a $4B healthcare conglomerate with a four state footprint which was accepted. Mercy acquired the facility in 2012 and has made significant improvements since that time. RepSEARCH – Healthcare Vertical Manager (August 2002 - February 2013) Recruited to build a high-achieving recruiting organization with an emphasis on healthcare and technology professionals. Pivoted the business model to one that provided staff augmentation for companies needing custom software development and technical expertise. Duties: recruiting providers (physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, software developers), training and managing staff, evaluating software tools, maintaining client relationships. GT Software - Sales Manager (2001 – August 2002) Sold SaaS supply chain solutions and services in both the private and public sectors. Completely re-engineered the company’s service delivery model whereby a subject matter expert (SME) was assigned to each new customer in the pre-sales phase. That SME would follow the customer from the initial design all the way through to implementation, “go-live” and final acceptance. These efforts resulted in the largest sale in the company’s history ($500K) and their first-ever revenue from service delivery. Designed and sold a web-based procurement and inventory management (supply chain) solution to Boeing. Worked extensively within the healthcare vertical to eliminate waste and modernize ordering, receiving, distribution, storage, and recovery, all while reducing costs. Oversaw all RFP responses and pre-sales presentations to potential clients. Responsible for a 5- person implementation team with dotted-line management of software development resources. Hired and managed a payor contracting expert to extend our reach within healthcare organizations to include contract review services and negotiation.
