RAMBAR STEEL LLC, Colorado Springs, CO March 2020 – July 2021 Three partners and I started this business in March of 2020. I was to be responsible for all project management duties as well as executive functions until we grew to support additional hires. Executive functions included monthly financial reporting and accounting oversight, business and trade licenses in all new locations, risk mitigation (insurance and bonding capacities), hiring, and design/implementation of all standard operating procedures. Project management duties included cost estimating, contract negotiation, subcontract negotiation, preconstruction meetings, schedule meetings with subcontractors and owners, CPM scheduling, oversight of site supervisor, change orders, Pay Applications, budget control operations, safety inspections, and project closeout. Sold my ownership to the company.

- Self Storage at Centerra Phase 2: A 20,000 SF expansion to an existing facility in Loveland, CO. This consisted of 3 buildings, one of which was temperature controlled along with all associated site work. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, landscaping, paving, structural concrete, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, Finishes (drywall, framing, painting), and roofing. Built through the 2016/2017 winter this project was completed in the spring of 2017. Contract amount of $1,697,771.

-E. Woodmen Self Storage Phase 2: An 18,000 SF expansion to an existing facility. Built through the 2016/2017 winter this project was completed in the spring of 2017. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, paving, structural concrete, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, roofing. Complete in Summer 2017. Contract amount of $994,772.

-Timberline Self Storage: A new ground up facility with over 81,000 SF of building footprint across 11 buildings. Includes new office spaces. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, landscaping, paving, structural concrete, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, Finishes (drywall, framing, painting, casework), roofing, stucco and stone veneers. Complete in Fall 2017. Contract amount of $4,515,820.

-Mesa Ridge Self Storage: A new, ground up 81,000 SF facility across 10 storage buildings and an office building in Fountain Colorado. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, landscaping, paving, structural concrete, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP

(mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, Finishes (drywall, framing, painting), roofing, stucco and stone veneers. Complete in Spring, 2018. Contract amount of

$4,630,420.

-Blackhawk Self Storage: New, ground up, 113,000 SF, 3-story self-storage project in Houston Texas. Includes new office spaces. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, landscaping, paving, structural concrete, structural masonry, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, Fire Sprinkler, Finishes (drywall, framing, painting), roofing, elevators stucco and stone veneers. Complete in Summer 2018. Contract amount of $6,259,625.

-South College Self Storage: New, ground up, 107,000 SF, 3-story self-storage project in Fort Collins, CO. Includes new office spaces. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, landscaping, paving, structural concrete, structural masonry, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, Fire Sprinkler, Finishes (drywall, framing, painting, casework), roofing, elevators, stucco and stone veneers. Complete in winter, 2019. Contract amount of $6,902,197.

-A1 Self Storage Expansion: New, ground up, 10,000 SF additional building on an existing facility in Lufkin, Texas. Includes new office spaces. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, paving, structural concrete, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP

(mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, Finishes (drywall, framing, painting, casework), and roofing. Anticipated completion in July 2018. Complete in Fall, 2018. Contract amount of $952,185.

-Maizeland Self Storage: New, ground up, 64,000 SF facility across 10 storage buildings and an office/residential apartment building in Colorado Springs, Colorado. -Powers Self Storage: New, ground up, 107,000 SF, 3-story self storage project in Colorado Springs, CO. Includes new office spaces. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, landscaping, paving, structural concrete, structural masonry, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, Fire Sprinkler, Finishes (drywall, framing, painting, casework), roofing, elevators, and stone veneers. Complete in winter, 2019. Contract amount of $6,198,272.

-Windsor Self Storage: New, ground up, 67,000 SF single story project across several buildings – this is the first phase of the project located in Windsor, CO. Includes new office spaces. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, landscaping, paving, structural concrete, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, Finishes (drywall, framing, painting, casework), roofing, stucco and stone veneers. Complete in winter, 2019. Contract amount of $3,763,374.

-Laramie Self Storage: New, ground up, 62,000 SF single story project across several buildings – this is the first phase of the project located in Laramie, WY. Includes new office spaces. Subcontracts for the excavation, utilities, landscaping, paving, structural concrete, structural steel, concrete flatwork, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) subcontracts, Finishes (drywall, framing, painting), roofing, stucco and stone veneers. Complete in Winter, 2019. Contract amount of $3,184,115.

• Responsibilities: as a Project Manager/Project Engineer at Rambar Builders I handled every aspect of project management notwithstanding superintendent duties and Pay Applications to the owner, otherwise I was responsible for contract negotiation, subcontract negotiation, preconstruction meetings, estimating, schedule meetings with subcontractors and owners, CPM scheduling, change orders, budget control operations, safety inspections, project closeout, and quality control through stringent submittal review procedures.
