Channel Strategy

Built an annual $18M acquisition budget and cost of acquisition model. This budget contributed 24% of all Online acquisition.

Oversaw the RFP, budgeting and selection of the first version Artificial Intelligence (AI) overlay to Sales Chat SaaS. Cost savings realized from deflecting 21K calls in 12 months.

Created and executed Channel specific Go-To-Market strategies for new products. pricing and promotional offers.

Member of team that explored New Business opportunities with Amazon Store Front and DirectTV.

Trialed a unique partnership with DishNetwork to offer Cox Internet to their subscribers. MSO peers adopted this program after the Cox success.

Identified and secured funding for non-brand marketing trial in eTail Channel. Program achieved and exceeded customer targets by 121% while the cost per add for this program was 30% less than internal media costs.

Partner / Channel Distribution & Marketing

Managed and implemented Partner Brand Search (SEM) programs to achieve a Unified Brand SERP – Saving $5M in 2022.

Etail Channel achieved 12% annual growth 2009 – 2014 (Reached 1M installed customers by 2015).

Relaunched Cox Sales Chat Program: Negotiated new SaaS Chat Platform contract and selected US Based Chat Center. Transformed a transaction-based channel to a highly effective “Sales Culture” by implementing sales reporting and Sales focused KPI based reporting. Transformed reporting and KPI baselines to support sales focus. Launched new systems and tools to meet and exceed targets.

Researched and developed the affiliate marketing channel for Cox. Selected a technology platform and management agency, negotiated contracts with Supply Chain, partnered with data analytics teams to create tracking tags and capture pixeled data in Adobe reporting. Have Onboarded the largest publishers in Loyalty and Couponing vertical including: ebates / Rakuten, Capitol One Shopping, Honey, ibotta, Brad’s Deal’s and Groupon. The Channel has produced double-digit annual growth since 2018.

Identified and launched a Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing Partnership with Clearlink. Partnership yields quality click traffic, positive Cox brand content, and orders at favorable costs to Cox.

Account Management & Operations

Ownership of Product Sell in Rates, Customer Lifetime value, Churn, and P&L Responsibilities.

Created and Delivered: Product and Process Training Decks and Sales Enablement Materials – KPIs increased by 5 to7%.
