− Chairman and Originator of Chargeback Task Force - reduced Chargebacks from Big Box customers by 70% in less than one year representing $450K reduction in cost for the DFW location alone.

− Organized facility including row designations, bin locations, bulk pick implementation, handheld scanners, OSHA compliance, and 5S implementation throughout facility. Increased Cycle Count accuracy from 60% to 99%. For FYE Dec-2013, the savings were $4.4M. For FYE Dec-2014, YE accuracy was 99.5%+plus.

− Managed 250K square feet warehouse, 30 full-time warehouse employees and up to 50 seasonal employees. Alliance Sports Group\Bollinger Industries, Grand Prairie, TX 2012 – 2013 Flashlight and tool distribution to hardware stores and other distributors – separate fitness division selling to Big Box customers. − As the previous Director of I.T. for this Company, the Company brought me back to Texas to revive their failing Dynamics GP/SalesPad/EDI implementation within three months on time and under budget.

− Transitioned SAP on an AS/400 DB2 platform to Dynamics GP on a SQL platform in a 3-month implementation.

− SalesPad – Built workflows, custom Accounting documents (Packing Slip, Invoice, etc.), and refined processes.

− Set up True Commerce EDI for approximately 15 Big Box customers including UCC-128 label compliance.

− Managed all functional areas of the implementation from an executive perspective to a hands-on, business process owner. Completed end-user training for all modules – budget required 100% internal training.

− From Accounting perspective, structured the GL, built the templates for BS, P&L and CF Statements using Management Reporter, built master data classifications for inventory, customer & vendor master records for reporting, built audit controls using Dynamics GP workflows, and completed hands-on training for all the staff.

− Activated multi-bin functionality within Dynamics GP utilizing bulk pick ticket processing and implemented bin & row designations. Configured scan guns for bulk pick fulfillment, bin transfers, and cycle count adjustments.

− Mapped and reconciled beginning balances for A/R. Also, mapped customer master data from a SAP/DB2 data dump into SQL tables utilizing Dynamics GP Integration Manager tool. Built and executed Microsoft macros to populate GP & custom fields for additional functionality and reporting. − Closed month end in three business days including bank recons, payroll, depreciation, accrual entries, account & sub-ledger reconciliations, trial balance and financial statements. Data was exported from Dynamics GP, currency conversions were applied, and data was rolled up into global financial statements.

− Built and refined BI warehouse utilizing MS Analysis Services and MDX cubes – data originated in MS SQL tables. Provided tools to Sales Team to access their sales data remotely via PDA or laptop.

− Utilizing MS tools & SQL, downloaded and uploaded historical GL data, forecasted sales & units, and approved budgets. Provided Excel templates to the Cost Center Managers for Budgets. Finally, utilized Strataview forecasting software to build sales dollars, unit forecasts and costs in multiple currencies. All the data was uploaded into Dynamics GP and SQL tables for financial reporting and MRP demand.

− Implemented U.S. sales and operational planning process with sourcing from China, Italy, and Australia - this included 15 Global Regional Sales Managers with individual cost centers. This S&OP process reduced global inventories by 60% and maintained fulfillment rates in excess of 98.5%.

− Managed website development that included catalog, where-to-buy, videos, Google Analytics, and multi-languages.

− Website traffic increased 470% over 3 years. Increased SEO by 192%, and page views by 299%

− Configured and upgraded Sage CRM software and integrated Dynamics GP data – US & global installs. Uploaded over 100K sales leads into Sage CRM and implemented mass e-mail integration for marketing campaigns.
