OVERVIEW

I am an expert project manager, certified Scrum Master and previous Full-Stack developer with over 40 years of total experience and 23 years of consulting experience. I currently hold many Certifications that back up my technical expertise.

My most recent experience of 11 years was working on and managing a series of flagship domestic and global products that provide complete Supply Chain Solutions, specializing in transportation, logistics, forwarding, warehousing and final mile. The product line provided a complete integrated web and mobile MVC solution with TMS, WMS, PO Management, data integration and asset management. It was written to support any web browser and any mobile device.

Coupled to SQL Server and a custom front end it provided an easy way to build reliable and robust air freight and ocean logistics as well as order fulfillment, customs compliance and ground transportation logistics. The international market was also supported with an application that allowed users to plot a particular restaurant on a map and see how well it vied with competitors, demographics and other proprietary McDonalds information. Data was imported to the system through common API’s. All applications were based on Visual Studio 2008, .Net 3.5,object oriented classes, custom controls, layered architecture SQL server 2008 and web services for API integration. Mapping was based on ASP.Net pages integrated with a windows application.

Worked on two ecommerce ASP.Net web applications - GiftOfChoice and AwardOfChoice. Gift of choice allowed customers to create a custom gift certificates based on an occasion and put a custom message on the certificate along with a dollar amount. They could then print the certificate and give it to that special someone. Once that person received it they would come back to the web site and redeem that certificate based on a gift code, from over 500 merchant gift cards. These gift cards were then were mailed out.

Award of choice was the business version of the original site that allowed businesses to set up their own incentives program based on award certificates/cards and paper cash certificates, all of which could be pre-loaded with dollar values. Employees were rewarded with these items, and just like the GiftOfChoice site were able to redeem them for merchant gift cards.

All sites were written in Visual Studio 2008, ASP.Net, C#, .Net 3.5 with a SQL Server 2008 data base back end. All work was done by me specifically.

Orchestrata was designed to be modular, so clients can implement it in phases; integrated, so data entered into one module is “known” to all related modules; completely configured around the clients business processes in days rather than weeks; scalable, and written completely in C# and SQL Server 2005.
