Overview: Reporting to the SVP, has hired to turnaround poorly preforming region that consisted of the largest site in the company. Managed all Sales and Operations transactions generating $51M in annual revenue in South Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. 12 direct reports, 130+ employees. Direct all corporate lead safety initiatives, safety and environmental guidance, sales strategy, and revenue planning. Develop marketing campaigns for new products, ensure operational excellence and manage PKI employee development for service centers in Houston, San Antonio, Laredo, McAllen, Orange TX, Layfette, Baton Rough, New Orleans, LA, and Jackson, MS.
Vice-President Synagro Technologies Houston, TX 2016 – 2019
Preeminent provider of bio solids and residuals management for municipal and industrial markets.
Overview: Manage 11 states in the southeastern United States with 6 Area Managers and 100+ employees. Responsible for the improvement of P&L, growth strategy development, management/personal development, Environmental/Safety Policies, culture creation, DOT, Regulatory Affairs, Bids and Acquisitions. Revenue generators were In-Plant Services (Atanta, Houston, Ft. Worth, Knoxville and West Palm Beach), Turnaround and Large Cleanout projects, established service routes for Florida municipal markets, digestor and holding tank maintenance.

Overview: Led and mentored a team of 12 direct reporting managers responsible for six new acquisitions in the U.S. Shale Plays.
Radically improved company’s valuation and debt capacity through a successful M&A. Spearheaded expansion into select inter-region jurisdictions.
