Granulation Supervisor ran shift in the granulation unit oversee the quality and help train new employees

General Foreman oversee the shifts in the granulation unit, oversee the shipping and receiving departments, help make formula’s, help coach, and train operators in the granulation unit. Coached and train Supervisor when they need assistance. Work close with the Operation Manager and Maintenance Manager. Troubleshoot failed equipment when needed.
