RESUME
About me: Thirty five years of ministry as Adventist pastor in Central America and the Inter-American Division headquarters in Miami, among different cultures. Because I am a pastor, all my experience as an employee, and skills development, it has been in the field of Christian Ministry. In order to finance my studies for the bachelor degree, I did it by selling books. Before that, in my teenage years, I did some temporary works. Well known as an enthusiastic person, adapted to work in a team because the nature of my ministry, I have developed a strong dedication to my responsibilities. Being disciplined and punctual, is part of my characteristics as a worker, and always ready to collaborate and go beyond what is asked of me.
●Stewardship Ministries Director – Honduras Union Conference. 2019-2021
Based on the successful plan executed as President of Comayaguela Conference, I was moved to the Union to implement in its five local fields the same successful plan.
●President – Comayaguela Conference. 2016-2019
Based in a continue and strong emphasis on stewardship and evangelism through small groups, this field, who was a Mission in 2016, become to a Conference on 2019.
●Stewardship Ministries Director – Inter-American Division, Miami, USA. 2010-2015
Development of Comprehensive Growth Plan (CGP), the main strategy to be implemented in the territory of the Division.
●President – El Salvador Western Conference – 2008-2010
Strong emphasis on evangelism and stewardship. Increase of the congregations established. Recovering the operating capital and liquidity of the Conference to become the most solvent of the five Conferences in El Salvador.
●President – North Western Conference in Honduras – 1998-2007
Institutional and infrastructure development. Reorganization of the territory giving birth to a new local field in 2005. Based on small groups, tripled the number of churches, and making the local field with the highest percentage of tithes all over Central America.
●Stewardship Ministries Director – MC American Union Conference – 2003-2010
Serving at the same time as President of Conference, and development a strong strategy to increase tithe and offerings, making possible the subsequent reorganization of the territory into two Unions Mission.
●District Pastor and Field Secretary – Continental Honduras Mission. 1995-1997
Organization of the district of La Ceiba in small groups, resulting in the achievement of all the goals every year, especially those related to evangelism and stewardship.
●Publishing Director – Continental Honduras Mission. 1992-1994
Increase in the distribution of books to through a strategic program of recruitment and training of canvassers. Mass consumption of books writing for church members.
●District Pastor – Continental Honduras Mission. 1990-1991
Productive program of evangelism and stewardship goals in the district of San Lorenzo in Honduras, resulting in planting of new churches and increase tithes and offerings.

●Author of several articles. Published in the Adventist Ministry Magazine, and other denominational publications.
