For the last 15 years I have run a moving service. That required me to pull orders up online, then contact customers to verify information, ask detailed questions about job and set times. I process the payment aft the end and deal with any and all quality control issues, misunderstandings and damages. I negotiate with clients on a resolution that's fair for both of is. I fluctuate my business prices per hour based on how well the market is, which is sometimes linked to the real estate market. I have always quickly excelled at whatever I have a passion for.
