I have more than 25 years experience in various disciplines as indicated on my resume, attached for your personal consideration.

Many "Major Project's" were completed for Wireless: Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, Unitel and Transnet SA to mention a few. I was involved in many of the "Roll-Out" phases in various African countries, which were very challenging due to the fact that many of these towers were put up in very remote areas, making it nearly impossible in getting material to site,some required pilling and foundation enhancement because of poor soil conditions. All of the above and running up to 7 sites at one time.

I also did numerous Housing & Industrial Project's worth millions of rand's from incubation up to hand over. In my capacity as Construction / Project Manager on the Towers & Housing, I was responsible for doing the material list (QS) for the above,budget, contractors payments, building program, weekly meetings, weekly reports, safety and running 3 building sites simultaneously.

The Project's completed also included all site clearing, cutting of levels with heavy equipment and landscaping. My aim is a long term commitment & relocation as I am single, no dependent's. I am of sober habits, good health and a non smoker. I have proven myself to work steadily under extreme pressure, with little or no supervision in order to achieve my goal and / or deadline on a project.

In November 2002 I was awarded the 'Top of the Operations' trophy for the best in a row performer and in December 2002 was also awarded the trophy for 'Best Team' as well as 'Site Manager of the Year'. As from mid September 2004 up to October 2005, I was in Kenya. We expanded the network for Safaricom. This involved budget-planning, project co-ordination and a deadline as required by the client. This project involved millions of rands and was also a complete hands-on job that involved management in all aspects.

This included all boiler making, piping, installation of cable trays, various types of lights, cabling (instrumentation piping, extruder wiring, telephone & electrical and all radioactive equipment). Complete installation of new Hymax PABX telephone exchange, earthing, installation of Hoists up to 525 V. Termination of all cables from 20mA up to 6,6 KV, as well as all substation duties, which involved various types of electrical switchgear.
