Commercial Insurance Inspector Resume

I have a proven history of striving for and achieving success in every vocational venture I have been

involved. I am searching for an additional opportunity where I can strive to continue to be the best in my environment. I must believe in what I do and believe in those who allow me to provide my talents.

Up until December 1, 2023, two companies have assigned me commercial insurance inspection opportunities.

BFS Inspection Services, Inc. will cease operations on December 1, 2023. BFS Inspection Services has partnered with me for more than 10 years. I completed commercial insurance inspection opportunities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area within a 75-mile circumference, and frequently distant assignments in South Texas, West Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. With BFS Inspection Services ceasing operations, I now can take on a new opportunity that allows up to 50-60 inspections per month in all needed areas from a new company.

I am also working with a second company that continues to assign me opportunities in North Texas, which includes Mineral Wells to Shreveport, LA., and Corsicana/Tyler North to the Red River.

Prior to my present success in completing commercial insurance inspections, I was an independent mortgage broker after I sold my successful vehicle leasing company that I owned for over 27 years. In those 27 years I had the privilege of being involved in the ownership of a Ford franchised point and partnered in a Chevrolet dealership. Prior to opening the leasing company, I worked in vehicle dealership management, and prior to that, I was involved in education on the high school and junior college level.

Core Knowledge & Skill Areas:

Customer Relationships Solutions, Selling Strategies, Sales Management, Contract Negotiations, Financial Planning Service Strategies/Solutions, Executive Level Leadership, Niche Market Development, Human Resource Leadership, Sales Pipeline Expansion, and Training & Mentoring, Regulatory Compliance Issues.

I am authorized to work in the US for any employer.
