Quickly and accurately key items in the following ques; Priority
MICR
Promptly respond to emails and requests of any kind regarding the following; Training
Batch, file or item information

CU requests
Batch or item adjustment help if needed
Assist anyone in needing coverage or research
Actively trying to learn anything available for training Accurately training anyone and providing resources wherever needed for anything requested
Pre-work at home I was trained and gave guidance to fellow co-workers to assist ACH in releasing the nightly files and sending them to the FED. Days that I cover for Returns
Mondays and days following Holidays I do the morning work, daily work and the closing procedures for Returns
Communicate with co-workers quickly and efficiently when taking over Returns Promptly return emails to CU and co-workers with requested information or tasks completed
Research duplicated file warning emails and delete if needed Import incoming files for POD and Returns when available Hourly check the following reports;

Unfound Reports
Bad Return Files
Closely observe and respond to all emails pertaining to Returns from the CU’s, managers and co-workers with pertinent information and or corrections on the following;

TREASURY OPS CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Daily Responsibilities
Daily Duties
Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Treasury products, services and systems
Provides support on Treasury Products for external clients Provides support on Treasury products, services and systems for Texas Capital Bank sales personnel as needed
Performs testing of ACH file uploads, (Both CSV and NACHA formats) as needed
Performs installs and uninstalls of software (Trusteer and Remote Deposit Capture Software) as needed
Performs troubleshooting of Remote Deposit Capture scanners (Panini, Ideal & Vision X) as needed
Performs testing of Positive Pay issue file uploads as needed Communicates with clients of their designees regarding testing and any format changes needed
Performs installation, testing and ongoing support for Remote Deposit Capture clients.
Provides client training on various Treasury products as needed (onsite and remote)
Acts as a liaison with various Treasury product vendors to facilitate implementation of products such as Account Recon, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Crossroads and etc.
Acts as back-up for both Core Business support and Signature Service support
Performs other duties as assigned

Daily Duties
Addressed and greeted customers when they entered the branch, assessed their needs and either got them the loan applications or transactions needed or got them to the person whom could help them properly. Maintained and serviced multi cassette Triton ATM
Installed new hardware (Computers, scanners, printers and etc.) as needed
Installed new software as needed for upgrades within the branch Researched new and upcoming loans and financial opportunities for present and future customers

The sale of insurance jobs was the mainstay of my job duties. All the research and numbers are nothing without a great sales presentation. That included when on site to do insurance research on RV damages including taking pictures needed by the insurance companies, assessing the damage writing up the repair claim and submitting it to the insurance companies for approval
Worked closely with the customers for complete satisfaction on their claim following through with them. From scheduling the repairs, ordering parts requesting and receiving payments for the repairs.
