Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains proper personal hygiene and ensures that gowning regulations are followed.

Before beginning any processes, check the line clearances to ensure that the workspace, ancillaries, and equipment are all clean.

Cleaning, setting up, adjusting, using, and carrying out preventive and corrective actions on the relevant equipment.

In accordance with the work schedule, remove and examine raw materials, noting any deviation from the accepted standards and specifications.

Ensures that materials are handled correctly to avoid mixing and cross-contamination.

Runs any equipment in the division or in other divisions of Liquid Packaging.

Find ways and means to innovate and adapt to improve product quality, output, and yield.

Keeps track of critical information about activities, equipment failures, and delays.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Uses expertise and knowledge to solve technical issues.

Varies out duties in line with established standard operating procedures, including cGMP and manufacturing protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities of Filling Operator

Perform line clearance/ cleaning of machine, set up and trouble shooting.

Conduct and get sampling of PH, conductivity, micro and TOC.

Accomplish the primary cleaning and set up.

Accomplish the work center status packaging identification labels.

Coordinate the custodian for receiving of bulk according to the product schedule.

Performed in process testing, deliverable volume, torque tester, Leakers test, performed first ten before continuing run.

If all testing is done and the result of sampling is passed to the required specification run the machine synchronize the speed to bottle blowing, filling machine and capping.

Perform hourly in process testing.

Write the record of in process in BPR.
