Department Specialist (February 2020 – Current)

Right hand to Sr. Director of Systems Engineering for General Atomics Electromagnetics group known as EMS. Supporting the Sr. Director and his group of 204 managers, and engineers. This has primarily been a remote position having worked from home. Calendaring, travel, expense reports, creating the monthly engineering program review slide deck presented to the President and Vice Presidents of EMS. I am responsible for ordering all hardware, software, and IT needs of the group. I was also one of the members of the design group responsible for the EMS Administrative SharePoint site within the EMS intranet. I have most recently volunteered to assist engineering as a whole with software purchasing. This has been keeping me quite busy and I am thoroughly enjoying the task.

Manager Assistant (July 2018 – February 2020)

Supporting Senior Director and his team responsible for International Trade Compliance. Scheduling meetings with several Senior VP’s and VP’s within the company. I have picked up the responsibilities of completing the GA Foreign Person Visitor requests, as well as all the Foreign Person Travel requests.
