1) WAYMARK VILLAGE, WALNUT CREEK, CA $143M DEACON CONSTRUCTION

The Waymark is the newest, premier mixed-use transit-oriented project in the East Bay located in the heart of Walnut Creek. It will feature 14,000 sf of retail space with high visibility and easy vehicular and pedestrian access. Spaces are available from 642 to 4,277 sf.

Upon completion, the two-phase project will have a total of 596 residential units and 21,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities include Bike Racks, Clubhouse, Courtyard, Fitness Center, On-Site Maintenance and more.

2) SILVERGATE APARTMENTS, BRENTWOOD, CA $110M UC CONSTRUCTION FITZPATRICK HOMES

The Silvergate will be Brentwood’s newest and most modern apartment, filling a need within the community for rental housing, as there has not been a new apartment constructed in Brentwood for well over 10 years. The Silvergate site is conveniently located at 1290 Business Center Drive in Brentwood, near the intersection of Sand Creek Road and Brentwood Boulevard.

The Silvergate is a luxury apartment community consisting of 166 units in 14 buildings, plus a leasing office and recreation building which includes a common clubhouse and outdoor recreation area. Both two-bedroom and one-bedroom units will available. The apartment units have been designed to include a home office/workspace area, and every unit will have access to fiber internet service. Surface parking at The Silvergate is provided in assigned covered and uncovered spaces; guest parking is also available. The Silvergate community is fully gated with state-of-the-art access control and video surveillance. Amenities include a clubhouse building with kitchen, gathering areas, workspaces, pool, barbeque, tot lot, dog play area, and more.

3) THE AMESWELL HOTEL/GOOGLE OFFICE BUILDING, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA $250M JOHNSTONE MOYER INC.

The Ameswell Hotel, the project is part of the Moffett Gateway project, the Moffett Gateway project consists of a new 220,000-sqft modern office building, parking garage and 255-room luxury hotel. The project site is strategically located at the intersections of Hwy. 101, Hwy. 85 and Moffett Blvd. The office building will be 5-stories, LEED Gold certified; the parking garage will be 6-levels, and the hotel will have both 4- and 5-story wings, as well as conference center, commercial kitchen, restaurant, bar, fitness center and outdoor pool and bocce-ball court. The hotel construction types will be three and four stories Type III construction over one level of Type I hospitality services, with both garage and offsite parking.

4) WHEELER PLAZA, SAN CARLOS, CA $78M THOMPSON BUILDERS/KB HOMES

Wheeler Plaza Phase III is a 253,085 square foot high-end residential condominium project strategically located in downtown San Carlos walking distance to fine dining, coffee shops and shopping. The project consists of 3 levels of parking (one level below grade and one at grade and one above grade) and 3 levels of wood-framed residential condominiums units (109 units) with 10,000 sq. ft of modern commercial space at street level.

5) SLAC_B006_CRYOEM LABS RENOVATION, MENLO PARK, CA $105M JAMES R. GRIFFIN INC

Construction for Building #B006 CryoEM Labs Renovation ProjectSLAC_B006_CryoEM_labs_Renovation. The scope includes demolition and modifications to an existing lab and welding shop space in the 1st floor of B006; to house 3 new Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM) and a new lab support space, biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) lab space. The following rooms will be located inside the BSL-2 lab space; 2 Tissue Culture rooms, General Prep area, Correlative Cryo LM & Sectioning room, Cryo Specimen Prep room, and EM Grid Prep room. The TEM rooms will required specialized Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) mitigation as described in the design documents. The total BSL-2 lab space will be approx. 1,200SF. New BSL-2 lab space will be supported by new electrical and mechanical equipment as well as new utilities as described in the approved drawings and specifications. Total project area is 2,500 SF.

6) FOSTER CENTER KITCHEN, OAKLAND, CA $49M DIGITAL DESIGN COMMUNICATIONS

This project combines three distinct programs: a 30,000 square foot central kitchen, an education center, and a 1.5-acre urban farm, all on one site creating a singular, integrated experience for the students of Oakland Unified School District and the Oakland community. Not only will the Center produce nearly 50,000 meals each day, but it will offer a rich tableau of educational programs (developed in conjunction with the Center for Eco literacy) within the classrooms and the urban farm tailored towards all grade levels emphasizing STEM learning, farming, environmental science, and a range of career-based educational programs.

7) PRIME REAL PROPERTY SOLUTIONS INC. LOS ANGELES, CA $2,742,500M

1) 336 S. Chestnut Avenue, Fresno, CA. 93702 --This was a 6-Unit apartment building that was completely built from the ground up. I was construction and project superintendent. I oversaw all aspects on the ground, from the scheduling of sub-contractors, meeting with the architects, scheduling of city inspections and ensuring I was the liaison with the city for any construction corrections that needed to be made.

1) 4795 E. Huntington Avenue, Fresno, CA. 93702 - This was a 4-units apartment building. My duties here were the same as #1. However, this building was an existing run-down building. We took this building all the way down to the studs. So essentially it was like new.

2) 1800 Merced Street, Madera, CA. 93638 - This is a 14-home subdivision (Single Family Residences) that we are about to start on. We have not broken ground, but I was the person on the ground that met with the City Planning Department, the Architects and oversaw the approval of these plans.

3) The rest of these are all single-family residences that I assisted on building. They are either new construction, or complete rehabs:
