Manage patient emergencies promptly informing physicians and surgeons of any vital changes in the patient status and documenting.

Perform catheterization (indwelling,condom catheters)

Perform blood glucose testing.

Perform or assist with nasogastric tube insertion.

Perform oxygen supplementation and spirometry.

Tracheostomy care including suctioning of secretions.

Gastrotomy tube care and feeding via nasogastric tube.

Implement discharge plan and instructions set by the surgeon or physician and re- evaluate patient condition.

Delegate and assist patient care technicians in coordinating patient care and cleanness.
