CELL PHONE: 419-***-****

DUTIES: As Office Manager, I was responsible for managing the workload of anywhere from 4-11 Counselors. Also responsible for scheduling, canceling appointments as well as sending patients reminder texts for upcoming appointments when necessary.

Also responsible for running credit card payments; doing weekly billing logs for all providers {until a new system was introduced); typing letters, emails, psychological reports, summaries, entering testing for psychological tests on computer. I was also the credentialing manager for making sure all counselors were credential with major insurance companies so our office could accept most insurances of the large number of patients they saw. Numerous other minor duties were also involved in running the office of a large counseling office.

PLEASE NOTE: During my 17 years of service, our Mansfield Office expanded to open offices in Ashland and Shelby, which was also incorporated into my workload. The reason for my termination was unfortunate in that the owner retired and the Mansfield Office was sold. There were not any available positions in the Mansfield or other existing offices.
