In this department, I began cleaning and sanitizing the equipment used during the night shift, then i became a mixer during the day shift, where i mixed ingredients in a giant bowl to make the dough used in the stores. I also worked in the plate tray section where balls of dough were placed in trays for the deliveries, and also had to work in the refrigerators placing the trays of doughs in stacks ready for the trailer trucks.
