PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Successfully promoted and implemented Scrap Reduction Program - the production was plagued by high manufacturing costs, due in part to large losses to scrap, which resulted in reduction to final total of Products with less than 2% scraps yearly.
Developed and implemented a Total Quality Management Program (TQM) for plant operations, including in-bound, in-process and out-bond inspections, followed by the reduction of returns and rejections from customers to less that 1.5% per year, which increased the production up to 110% on total sales.
