Summary:

My experience and knowledge of safety and Quality covers construction, general and manufacturing industries. Most of my career I have worked on critical projects with time sensitive tasks. The skills I have cover layout, Quality control and management of safety programs. When I was a safety and quality management for the Chaboni plant the installation of walk on ceilings and wall panels were critical for the plant. The ceiling ispanels had load limits so if the quality were not up to spec the load being too heavy would be deadly. I have experience with prints (design and build) and know how to follow specifications. I am willing to do what it takes to have a successful project.

(Schuff steel) Plant Safety Manager January, 2023

I was taking care of new hires paperwork and safety orientation. Issued required PPE(welders were issued fresh air supply hoods) then handed them off to their forman. Weekly toolbox talks to go over topics and trends and upcoming hazards, trained task specifics for new hires and refreshers when needed then updated the matrix. Weekly audits and check in with corporate and any other responsibilities the were required.

Helped sub contractors to work safely. I would maintain the requirements of the owner/ client. Weekly meetings with safety updates and planning, audits, incident investigations, disciplinary action and followed up on corrective actions. I was a first responder for incidents.
