●Accepted challenge at a $30m [revenue]Contractor to resurrect its financial system control systems ruined by COVID19 project closures, staff layoffs and unqualified personnel errors over last 3 years. Reviewed and classified 3 years of accounting data, to determine net asset values and income for the fiscal year just ended. Process was accomplished timely, within 60 days, to support tax filings and financial statements that were needed immediately.

●Oversight/mentoring of AP, AR, PR activities and personnel, as we created/improved platforms to close month in 10-15 days, with full reporting to ownership including corporate, divisional, and multiple entity P&L, Balance Sheets and benchmarks. Monthly reporting was not seen by management in 24 to 36 months.
