Personal
In 1990 I sustained mass disc trauma, to my lower back, while on the job at Driessen Aircraft. I elected to not have surgery at that time due to the success rate at the time, 50%. I used ESIs, epidural spinal injections, and medications to control my lower back issues. I was able to qualify, in 2009, for SSDI benefits and have been receiving them since. It is time to get back to work and do something more with my time.
Thank you for your consideration.
