• Was the first supervisor to initiate a daily weekly and monthly PM system that held employee accountable by signing off as they were completed then assigned the test my lead man to spot randomly check behind my guys to ensure they were done properly.

• Also initiated a PM training class and on the floor training to ensure the employee understood what he had to PM and the importance of the PM. I made it a required training that way there was no misunderstanding of what I expected to be done. I was able to cut out the excuses of employee not knowing what to do and what was expected.

• Set up monthly safety courses so the employee would understand the dangers on the floor.

• Also created a buddy system and taught importance of that system when to use it so the employee understood the danger he put his self in by working alone at times when there should be two people Maintenance Technician
