Senior Business Executive, P&L Manager and Product Design Visionary conceiving and bringing to market game changing Predictive Cloud-based Systems, BPO Programs and Smart Data Solutions to transform the low margin aerospace business into a mission critical, high growth high margin (65%) data solutions provider. Hired to build a new information systems business based on predictive cloud technologies in the markets of insurance, banking, real estate, construction, and government. Exceptional earnings occurred and new market positions based on technological advances personally conceived generating $160MM in new revenues with 65% margins representing 35% of the company equity. Programs were also personally conceived to open the information data business to worldwide expansion generating $25MM in revenue upside in 2 years. Programs became the source for entire new markets some written into law. Also managed over 1,200 full and part time staff worldwide with full P&L responsibility. Developed important new value propositions so sales learned to sell 21st century technologies that were new to the markets served and central to success.
