● Led the inclusion of Colgate Bolivia in the Andean $600m HUB which included an improved corporate governance and compliance, as well as established processes and systems that improved operations.

● Restructured the business model and increased profit by 75%, a record for the subsidiary, expanding go-to- market strategies, both including direct trade and indirect trade.
