Senior Maintenance Supervisor, JBER, AK 2018 – 2023 (United States Army):

Served as the Maintenance Control Sergeant in Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska; directed all shop office operations, production control, ordering parts, combine man hour accounting and reports; oversaw maintenance support for twenty units; maintained property accountability of over $87,000,000 worth of equipment.

Maintained oversight on the work flow efficiency and continuity of five commodity sections consisting of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Communications and Electronics (C&E), Armament, Automotive, and Allied Trades (AT).

Led the maintenance unit shop office from six previous Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP) inspection failures to a 94% rating within four month of arrival.

Superior technical knowledge in Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A); trained maintenance logistics to over fifty soldiers in Alaska and three civilian contactors in Honduras.
