Encourage SUCO staff to report all Near Misses / Unsafe Acts/ Conditions.

Participate in Incident/ Accident investigation, analysis and track the recommendations and corrective actions

Participate in HSEQ meetings with relevant Contractors; track action items until completion.

Participate in Internal and External Auditing (ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO 45001)

Participate in Risk Assessment Studies.

Identify and communicate personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and train the employees to ensure that the PPE requirements properly implemented and enforced.

I had been assigned from SUCO Managing Directors (Chairman and GM) as ISO 9001 program coordinator with the following responsibilities:-

Direct and coordinate strategic planning, organization and execution of the Quality Management System including resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, site audits, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, external committee involvement,…etc.

Reporting to SUCO Managing Directors, oversee and develop Quality Management System.

Ensure continuous improvement of the QMS culture of company staff through a comprehensive QMS training program.

Carry out comprehensive internal audit to ensure effective implementation of SUCO QMS.

Carry out Root Cause Analysis Technique and Tap Root Investigations; prepare and deliver final reports and ensure SUCO shareholder recommendations / corrective action are tracked and closed.

I worked as a well services Manager (Wellhead Maintenance & Wire line Operations) with the following responsibilities:

Supervise for all wire line operations for all SUCO fields.

Manage and supervise for all Wellhead maintenance and X-Mass trees (Cameron - FMC).

Ensure that all wireline operations conducted safely and efficiently.

Supervise charging and repairing gas lift valves.

Supervise preparing and testing completion (Nipples, GLM, SSD, Plugs, Check valves)

Supervise the contractor wireline services to ensure that the contractor performs the work in compliance with SUCO contract terms and conditions.

Review technical specifications any new service contracts to ensure that contracted services are fit for the purpose and new technology.

Review all wireline programs, schedule, plan and daily wireline activities to achieve the production objectives; Field Development and Well Integrity.
