EXPERIENCE

Facilities Manager,Veterans Memorial of Derby Derby, CT- Aprit 2005 -Present I am responsible for building maintenance and upkeep. Perform all repairs and preventative maintenance as well as safety inspections preparation i.e. exit and emergency lighting, scheduling fire extinguisher inspections, HVAC servicing, irrigation systems and landscaping operations. Duties also include the showing and leasing of hall for the public to hold private events. Collection of deposit and fees for rentals as well as leasing contracts and rules of use. Finally, post rental inspection for deposit refunding.

Upon graduation from the United States Army Helicopter Technical Inspector course at Ft. Eustis, VA where I received I)istinguished Honor Graduate Honors, I was promoted in rank and also obtained a position with Quality Control as HelicopterTechnical Inspector. Those duties included inspection of all U.S. Army Rotor rJTing Aircraft after any type of maintenance and/ or mishap to certifr the aircraft for air worthiness. Also, I requested and was granted authorization to retain Crew Chief duties of my UtiliryTiansport UH-5o Blackhawk, AH-IS Cobra and AH-64 Apache helicopters, which is a uncommon practice in aviation.

Rotor wingTechnician / Crew Chief United States A"*y February 1983-April 1 1986 Duties comprised of all aspects of unit, intermediate and depot level repairs on rotor wing aircraft with the AH (Attack) and UH (utility) designations. I performed repairs and maintenance required to return the aircraft to a flyable state. I also performed preventative maintenance dailies (PMD), also known as pre flight inspections in the civilian workforce.
