I believe that my experience as a Meat Cutter gave me a vast knowledge in different kinds of Meat cutting thus my ability to accurately identify the best cuts for meat to bring excellent service for each and every kind of customers.

My profile as a Meat Cutter stretches to 5 consecutive years at a frozen food company named “ Compania De Invest Hap sio/Hap Yek (International)” LDA Macau, China helped develop a strong understanding of the necessary skills and abilities needed to be an excellent Meat Cutter. Being able to quickly asses and accurately cut the meat according to the best preference of the customer. Also, I am knowledgeable about meat safety, sanitation procedures and is always conscientious about following the correct procedures to ensure the safety of both the customer and the meat.
