I have been a C.N.A since 2017 and have had customer service experience the whole time throughout my medical career. I have worked in a hospital where I admitted patients and discharged patients. I have had to draw blood and read the lab work and I have had to read EKG’s. I take vitals and have to let Dr. or nurse know if they are abnormal. Also when I see each patient if anything is out of the ordinary I have to chart it and describe how the patients have changed since the last time I saw them. I also give baths.
