V&V’s
Verifying if the project is still open or if it needs to be closed, pulling up the account in STATS, preparing the V&V, accordingly, sending the document up the chain, for approval. One approved for a Closeout starting the closeout process, if not project stays as is.
PR Tracker
Creating the appropriate package, ensuring the LOA in STAS is correct to transfer the PRID to the PR being created. Create, update, and ensure all documents have the most recent signatures, and information.
Renewing the PR for another FY, creating a new package, or doing a modification without funding if there are not funds involved.
Market Research
Market Research for the PRS- Verifying the Market Research is up-to-date and valid. If not, then researching the information and redoing the Market Research report with updated data.
