ENGINEER TECHNICIAN /QC ANALYSIS

As a Engineer Tech, I had the chance to learn and work with CONTAINERS, such as

•BK .300 Liter and BK 8.800 CXL Liters. It consists on treating them with:

•Moisture Analyzer

•Particle Counter

•Manometer

•Mass Flow Controller

•Differential Pressure Transduce.

I had the opportunity to learn how to connect the container from the inlet to outlets how to open the MANUAL MODE SYSTEM: in the Manual Mode system has any flow rate may be set by using MFC-01 or MFC-02 instead of controlling pressure with PCV-02. For flow control, open either V-22 or V-20, depending on which MC is to be used. and close V-18. MFC-01 has a 10 slom range and MFC-02 has a 100 sIpm range. Make sure PCV-02 is open enough for the MFG to be able to reach its set point. Depending on the inlet pressure is desired during flow control, it may be read from the standard sequences.

I also QC all finished good using the Helium Gas, to test any LEAKS assuring all PARTICLES, MOISTURE are with in spec. The MET ONE MACHINE would read. the length,height, how deep,how thickness, reassuring, are within specifications . and also inspect for any defects such as scratches, discoloration, broken, scratches,.I also had the chance to do troubleshoot the machine, I have learn how to change and fixed the my nematic cables, change the nitrogen gas .if there where any malfunction in the computer system or on any switches such as the on and off button including the emergency button.I would fixed it.

I had the opportunity to receive the raw material such as putting request for DIAPHRAGM SEALS, 1/4 GASKETS, 1/2 VCR GASKETS 1/4 GASKET RETAINER.

I also had the chance to upload and down load with FORKLIFT all finished good product and received the the raw material.. assuring and verifying when I received material it came with COA checking for the correct name or the correct product we order assuring the package is not damaged,

If it from the correct vender, checking the part number, lot number.

As a Manufacturing Technician, I had the chance to build all source of COUPONS been use for Covid testing and other sources of decease, coupons such as PHX, and BETA 2.0 . Which consists of 6 components such QTIPS, TOP FILMS, BOTTOM FILMS, BUFFER SOLUTIONS, PORT STAGE, VALVE and the ROUTING VALVE, I had the opportunity to QC all finished good using the EYES SCANER this device would read. The length,height, how deep,how thickness, ready and assuring, all angles were probably measure… and also inspect for any defects such as scratches, discoloration, broken, scratches, and everything would work properly.

• I also had the chance to do troubleshoot the machine, I have learn how to change and fixed the electric cables,change the filter, if there where any malfunction in the computer system or on any switches such as the on and off button including the emergency button.

As a Manufacturing Technician, I had the opportunity to learn how to operate the Plasma Machine

which consist of variety of component such as Water, filters, Nitrogen, Hot water, a coding. I would then run 10 PCB’s boards the plasmas would then add a coding to the PCB board that protects it from any contaminations, once the process was run through machine .

•In the QC department I had the opportunity to learn how to receive the raw materials, by checking if the material it had the COA CERTIFICATE review what I received, by checking for the lot number, part number,the ven number, assuring I have what we request from vendors, or with the product, I learn how to collect a sample for every material, and depending on the

•AQL SPECTS CHART I would then determine if it passes or not.

•I would then inspect or do QC all PBC’s by checking for crack, scratches, assuring the coding was added, checking for dent, broken measure the size of the PCB’s using the blue print out diagram or follow the instructions, also before transfer all item to QC I would use the body system assuring the name of the product, lot number, part numbers, by preventing any mixed of product,

Manufacturing Technician / QC Analysis

•As a Manufacturing Technician, I had the opportunity to build Catheters, a medical devices that can be inserted in the body to treat diseases or performed a surgical procedure such as cardiovascular, urological, and gastrointestinal.

•some of my responsibilities were to set up drill machines such as the Mill Drill Machine, which consist cutting products like CONNECTORS, PROXIMAL, AND DISTAL, by drilling a 1 inch deep whole in too the product, after drilling the product I would next clean the product assuring there are no debris, no crack, no bubble, no scratches.

•Some of the tools I use on the daily basis are: Mill Dill Machine, drill bit size: 60, 72, 65 to the thousand decimal place, Pin Gages size .040,.033,.034,.025.024 to the thousand decimal place, Air Gas, Microscope, rulers, sterile Globes. Tools and Materials I use to performed packaging Catheter were: Tyvek bags, Catheters, The ACCU-SEAL Heat sealers, use the Zebra Printers, Labels.

•In addition I would performed packaging the Catheters inside the clean room environment I then performed by gathering all material such as Tyvek bags,getting the correct Catheters that needed to be pack, fill the Batch Record, do line clearance, assuring all equipment are not expired or need calibration,and preventing mixed products.

Manufacturing Technician/QC Inspector 04/2016-08/2018

·As a Manufacturing Technician, part of my job is to build reagent packs that are used to analyze human DNA. The reagent packs are used to test patients for diseases such as diabetics, cancer high blood pleasure with a 99.9% accuracy.

·Some of my responsibilities were to set up the heat Staking Machine, operate the Laser Weld, set up the Seal Press, Needle Press operate the Reagent Dispensing Machine, the Thermal Press Machine, some of the components I use were making Buffers such as media,and salt solution, I also use the frontside films coupon, for the backside I would use two types of pack large packs and a small packs fill with media and salt solutions, we add filters, and seals, before placing the PCB Board we would soldering a Mechanical Motor Lysis on to the Coupon. in order to make the product work.

·Some of the tools I use on daily bases are: gage blocks, calipers, scales, rulers and pipette

·we practice cGMP. and PPE, change the Molding Base for different type of coupons.

QA Inspector 02/2016-03/2016

·As a QA I had the opportunity to learn how to do line clearance. My responsibility was to ensure the production line are using the correct labels, bottles, caps, neck bend, and the correct medicine also checking if they have the correct boxes, dividers, and master code. Every time the production line had to do a line clearance or change of product, it was my responsibility to double check the lot, part number, the vendors name, and expiration date, and the rev number.

·I also had the chance to run a few tests for example, every time an operator would call to do a swab with a swab machine in which consist a two quit temp, just to make sure there are no residual inside the tanks after been wash.

·Every change over medicine I would grab a 400 ML cup to take a sample and run a test with peroxide machine, assuring the medicine was clear liquid, no bobbles, or no residual inside the liquids.

·I had the chance to work with compounding area, basically focusing on the wall of the gel tablet, checking the seam1, seam 2, making sure all my target is with in spec.

QC analysis 10/2015-12/2015

· At sigma had the opportunity to set up operate the Air Ideal machine, and the Met One. I would use this machine to do Environment monitoring to all rooms and surfaces.

·I would use two type of agar plates one was SDA and TAS, these are used to plate the surfaces such as tables, walls, windows, handle doors, sealing, floor etc.

·once I was done monitoring I would then take my results values from machines, and agar plates to an incubator, I would place the agar plate for three days, after three days I would go back and check to see if there are any bacteria, mold growing in plates.

·I then grab my BR and review all my paper work before entering it in to excel data.

·and anzynerecon, once loaded into the machine it would be running for 72 hours where the machine would remove the liquid to dry the product that would convert to powder.

·I also had the chance to learn Tissue Culture . My role was after Autoclaving a 25 L at a temperature of 121 for 45 mins, Fermentor fill with Media, I would then take the Fermentor to a Sterile room and practice aseptic technique, the media must be kept in a 37 temperature, letting the cell growth for 24 hours or constantly monitoring the amount of growth cells…in order to extract the cells from media I would use the following sterile equipment such as: 1L CELL CULTURE BAGS, BSC HOOD, 70% ETHANOL, 10uL-1000uL PIPETS, PH METERS, WATER BATH, SCALES BALANCES, CYLINDERS, PPE, CENTRIFUGES,

·I was responsible of keeping inventory, and operate the Autoclave Machine to sterilize glassware, solutions and water.

·I also had many opportunities in training new candidates, assuring they are following the Sop,. Following cGMP, GDP by avoiding and preventing mistakes in the future.
