Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:-
● Manages employees’ daily operations and performance
● Prepare accurate invoice and arrange the delivery to the customer
● Designs sales strategies and processes
● Weakly prepare reports for the management.
● Generates reports regarding the status of the department
● Communicate with suppliers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and satisfaction.
● Maintains files systems and database of sales records
● Maintain records of warehouse stock and executed orders.
● Hires and trains new employees
● Manages departmental budgets
● Responds to client concerns
● Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
● Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
● Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
● Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives
● Assists in administrative task for the manager in absence of the Executive Administrative Assistant.
● Maintains customer relations and satisfaction.
Accountant Duties and Responsibilities:-
Preparing Invoices, Maintaining Bills Receivables & Payables reports and reviewing the same
Staffs travel payment and settlement.
Monthly/Quarterly reconciliation of vender accounts
Bank Reconciliation
Payment to suppliers and co-ordination with bank for payment.
Process improvements for Accounts Payable. And update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Update Accounts Receivable and issue invoices.
Ensuring Timely Payment of Creditors & Contractors/ Sub contractors.
Preparation of Employees salary & Letter of Credits
Preparation of Various Reports for Management.(MIS) Viz. Monthly Profit & Loss,
Solving Internal & External Issues of Employees & Suppliers.
Finalization of Books of Accounts.
Preparation Balance Sheet as per Schedule of Companies Act.
liaison and Dealing with Banks
On regular basis to ensure the payment due from clients is to be collected on time. Also preparing
The payables details for sub-contractors. As well as reconciliation of Debtors & Creditor’s books of accounts.
Substantiates and justified expenditures and expense reports
Supervises or prepares monthly journal entries
Prepares financial statements
Supervises or prepares general ledger reconciliations
Assures internal control compliance
Reviews monthly closing process
