I am currently seeking employment for a dependable company in which both the company and I can benefit from my enthusiasm, hard work and dedication. I have 20 years general office experience, leading to 15 of those years as office manager. I believe I would be an asset to any company that employs me with my positive attitude and determination for success and being the best at my job. I have management / office management experience, as well as hostess, cashier and waitress experience. Customer satisfaction is something I take very seriously and I feel my customer service skills are something that sets me apart from others. All I need is for a company that will see me, my abilities, my eagerness to learn new things. I am experienced office personnel with knowledge in computer programs such as Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QUICKBOOKS and Wintac. I have customer service experience both face to face and over the telephone. I have experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, payroll and appointment scheduling and dispatching data entry. All general office duties. (filing, etc.). I also have experience in the food industry as hostess, waitress and cashier. Most importantly, I take pride in my Customer Service skills. No matter which field of employment I am in Customer Service is a TOP PRIORITY as they are what keeps all businesses going. I am a self starter working well on my own, or as part of a team. Managed contracts and legal documents, for both commercial and residential clients, (including but not limited to obtaining permits, additional insureds, maintaining proper records of purchase orders and change orders, payouts/billing throughout construction projects.) Prepared quotes & invoicing/billing for all jobs including new construction to everyday service calls. All invoicing, payroll, quotes, etc. all managed within QUICKBOOKS. Maintained proper lines of communication between all parties (customers, contractors, subcontractors, employees, etc.) for every job/call/project as needed.Most important role was providing excellent customer service to every single customer.

I have also studied Accounting and Human Relations in Business. Also attended customer service and sales workshops. I have over 15 years of hands-on experience with Quickbooks. I have attended many Customer Service workshops to ensure I always provide exceptional Customer Service no matter where I am employed.
