Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate the project activities with the project management teams (Working schedule, Manpower schedule & Cash-flow chart, contracts), consultants, architects and clients, firm up the project requirements and design complete MEP systems generated by the project team, providing technical expertise and guidance.

Verify material quantity take off and timely order of the materials and equipment as per project requirement, re-check and correct all shop drawings.

Develop team spirit amongst the project, design and site engineers, site supervisors through extensive interactions.

Value engineering for achieving better efficiency in conjunction with cost savings without compromise on quality.
