• Identify support issues concerning faculty/ staff/students; create trouble tickets using Lotus Notes ticketing system; prioritize them according to established guidelines; utilize problem resolution database to organize, update and follow up ticket until final resolution.

• Manage new software installation/campus updates through Microsoft Active Directory

Group Policy Manager and network wide scripts utilizing deployment tools and Remote Desktop applications across Windows & MAC OS X environments.
