Global Human Resources Director, Romark, Tampa, FL February 2023– present

October 2014 – November 2021

Human Resources leader for a pharmaceutical company expanding from development to full commercialization. Responsible for development and execution of the HR strategy in support of operations in 32 states, Puerto Rico and Belgium. Managed team of 6 HR professionals.

•Developed and executed a comprehensive people strategy, policies, and programs focused on hiring and retaining top talent and creating a high performance culture aligned with business objectives and values.

•Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and address People related challenges and opportunities. •Transitioned from a PEO and implemented UKG Pro HCM in 2 months, resulting in over $200K savings in first 3 years. Modules: payroll, benefits administration, Recruiting and Onboarding.

Human Resources Director, Bonefish Grill, Tampa, FL April 2010 – October 2014

Member of Bonefish Grill’s leadership team and member of Corporate HR leadership team. Led the human resources strategy for field operations focused on talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and change management to improve the organizational effectiveness for over 200 domestic locations (~13,000 employees).

•Selection Assessment. Evaluated vendors, managed selection process, managed validation process and implementation resulting in $4M savings over 3 year period.

•Engagement Survey. Developed and implemented BFG’s Engagement Survey. Later used as the template for the BBI’s enterprise-wide engagement survey.

•Workforce Planning. Created Employee Profiles and Individual Development plans to be used during the Talent Review and Succession planning discussions.
