Supervise in the collection and verification of survey data.

EDGE Transmission dimensioning - Nokia, Irving, Texas Sept. 2003 to Sept. 2004 Transmission planning and dimensioning for Nokia GSM customers AWS, Cingular on a nationwide basis. Supervise and assist a group of 15 in the collection and functionality tests on newly installed hardware and software. Tested were: Soft hand offs, softer hand-offs, inter BSC hand- offs. Dropped calls were observed and recommendations were made to the customer. Some baseline drives were also performed. TDMA (IS-136) 800 Benchmark (Nortel Equipment) – 6 months-2001 Optimized CenturyTel networks: Mississippi, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Project involved a total of 200 sites. Propagation model tuning and interference analysis using the Planet tool. Data-fill and parameter audits. Reviewed network statistics and supervised data collection with TEMS tool. Frequency and color code planning using Planet DMS Automatic Frequency Planner GSM PCS 1900 (Nokia and Nortel Equipment) – 1 year-2000 Design and optimization of additional sites in Voice Stream Wireless Minnesota markets. Coordinated and participated in the design, optimization of fill-in sites to the network, project management responsibilities; represented RF Engineering at zoning meetings working with company lawyers and other departments to make case for location of sites.(Crane and balloon tests, drive data etc.) Organized and implemented collection of CW data for model tuning using Grayson equipment.
