Career Summary
I’m One in a Million! As a skilled project management professional with 21 years experience delivering complex projects on client site at Ford Motor Company, I’ve executed many roles as a Project Manager. My experience with hardware and software components tracking against milestones have been in software tools Project Server, Microsoft Project Professional, Share Point, JIRA, Confluence, Atlassian, and Wiki. I prepared work plans in Microsoft Project Professional that illustrate complex multiple phases of delivery using Waterfall and Solution Train Engineering iterations to meet the Gateway deliverables. I facilitated and collaborated with Stakeholders and work planning teams to align and accomplish scope objectives while incorporating onboarding new team members, training initiatives, and supporting customer requirements, processes, and launches. I also managed Software program issues for Software Compatibility in Share Point and scheduled Vehicle Test validation to meet Software Timeline for Commodity Delivery. I work well with others on strategic based business goals and strategic initiatives. I initially assess Stakeholders, Scope, time, budget, current objectives, critical success factors, milestones, and risks when joining a team.
