My daily job duties included, Answering the phone about 80 – 150 calls per day. Returning voicemails. Call patients to schedule appointments. Finalize referrals from provider flow, at your service, OPTUM, Humana and care more portal. Verify insurances. Print out schedules for the Drs and make sure the schedules are full for the following day for all 15 provides.. I can operate Windows 7, Microsoft Word and Excel.
