AP40 technology specialist using ALPSYS management system.
Coach, train and assess competency of potroom supervisors and reduction process specialist
Planning, coordination and execution of potroom activities to achieve stable operations.
Monitor and control technical performance of pots from start up to normalized pot state. Train and advice technical staff on how to conduct individual pot investigations and implement corrective actions to stabilize pots for optimum pot production performance.
Demonstrated technical expertise in pot process control to achieve Thermal, Chemical, Mass, Magnetic and Electrical equilibrium of pots.
Project milestone accomplished –full operation of reduction pots within technical spec based on design amperage 405 KA, Current Efficiency and metal quality.

Contractor Management: Responsible for the Critical process in Reduction and Carbon by-product to recycle / disposal of Tap bath, SPL, C-dust, ABF bricks. Liaison with environment team on MSDS and HS Code
Safety Leadership: Set up LOTO, MOC, Documents system for safe work practices (JRA and work method statement).
Responsible for Heavy equipment (mobile crusher, mobile power screening, excavator, forklifts)
Responsible for logistics coordination of tap bath (cryolite) / Carbon dust / Off spec anode butt / spent ABF bricks and Basement ACM) from generation source to end user.
Recycling ACM into the carbon Butt Cleaning Dust Reclaim system.
Support environment team studies into Ceramic industry and Cement industries as responsible alternate user of smelter by-product waste.
Facilitate and manage a team to containerize and dispatch product to customers. Liaison with transport companies and shipping agents.
