Managing all the activities related to Health, Safety, Fire and Environment, responsible for administrating a sound and effective industrial safety program. Supervises and monitor accident loss control system & programs for compliance with operational policies and procedures and regulatory requirement. Coordinates HSE activities of supervisor in ensuring of implementation of HSE activities throughout the site. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations. F. Summary Description Of duties

- Management of the HSE Dept. and take command of the emergency response team at an incident scene.

- Develop a positive HSE culture.

- Organizing regularly meetings, audits and conduct safety meeting.

- Assist with any special project as needed.

- Provide leadership personal through effective goal setting and communication.

- Identifies and appraises coditions which could produce accidents and evaluates potential extent of injuries resulting from accidents.

- Conduct direct investigations of all accidents pertaining to on the job injuries or damage to company asset and recommend appropriate corrective action.

- Monitor accident, prevention, property damage, accident reporting, ire prevention & protection, hazard communication, industrial health surveillance, confined space, hearing conservation, respiratory, PPE etc.

- Monitor activities to determine if day to day housekeeping, care of equipment and routine inspections are being conducted.

- Conduct site survey and facility inspections to identify potential hazardous conditions and to ensure facility and procedural compliance with applicable regulation, recommends appropriate corrective action.

- Assist the Environmental compliances coordinator by inspecting and monitoring the control, handling and disposal of hazardous wastes and material as assigned locations. Ensure compliance with the published policies and procedural.
