Customer Service Professional for almost 30 years, Kitchen for 10

Seven months ago I was laid off from Polywood LLC in Syracuse, Indiana. I was employed there

for 16 months when layoffs were handed down. I'm a very loyal, time oriented, and reliable

worker. I am willing to learn whatever it takes for me to succeed and be an asset to your

company. I do have a past, nothing violent or sexual. I've never been to prison but do have 2

felonies and 4 misdemeanors in the past 7 years. The 4 misdemeanors, all Allen County were

on 3/12/2018, 1/16/2019, 2/25/2019, and 11/19/202. My 2 felonies were both Level 6 Thefts. In

Allen County on 8/14/2019 and in Whitley County on 10/18/2019.

Today I've been sober for almost 4 years and I’m trying to make a new life for myself. I’m 49

years old, I just ask for an opportunity to work and retire from a company that’s willing to take a
