Program of Instruction Reviewer / Operations Manager

Program of Instruction Reviewer for a Total Army School System (TASS) Department with the mission to train all Wheeled Vehicle Mechanics and Ammunition Specialists. Plans, coordinates and provides technical support and Occupation Specialty expertise to subordinates in the accomplishment of their duties.

Provided management oversight for over 120 courses; promoted professional development of 300 Instructors during 21-day course; provided academic and personal life counseling in adherence with US Army standards

Implemented all functional policy, guidance, goals and Strategic plans of the Wheeled Vehicle Mechanics and Ammunition Specialist Courses; implemented and monitored personnel, financial and manpower policies
