CGS Fabrication and their mother company Calvary Robotics CGS is a global manufacturing and machining company that serviced OEMs and Fortune 500 companies with machined components, weldments, design and build of small sub-assemblies, production, and spare parts. Calvary Robotics designed, built and installed State of the Art Robotic and Automation equipment, throughout the world and in different industries. In over 9 years at CGS and Calvary, I brought in over $142 MIL dollars of business Global Sales Engineer – my role was to build CGS Fabrication and Calvary Robotics as a first- class technology companies. Holmed Corp is a Medical Manufacturing Company that designs and manufactures medical products, instruments, and medical devices. Some of these products were Ratcheting Screwdrivers, Implants, Surgical Instruments, Torque Limiters, Retractors, and Minimally Invasive Systems. My position as Director of Operations was to oversee Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service, dealing directly with our customers. Responsible for the purchase of all equipment based on yearly budget. 2002 - 2007 L & M ENGINEERING EVERETT AND BRAINTREE MA L & M Machine is an Engineering and Manufacturing company offering Engineering, Manufacturing and Machining Services of intricate and close tolerance parts, sub-assemblies, and automation equipment for the Medical, Semi-Conductor and Automotive Industries. L & M has 3 locations, 90 employees and has been in business for 52 years servicing such customers as: Dresser-Rand, Teradyne, Stryker, Cabot Industries, GE, Smith and Nephew, Applied Materials, L-3 Communications, Winchester Systems.

PRESIDENT OF OPERATONS & SALES

As President of Operations and Sales, my position was to manage all aspects of the day-to- day operations, sales, and the execution of the Company and with the Customers.

Support all Customers, Customer Quotes, Technical support to Customers, Customer Inquiries and Customer Relationships.

Created and wrote Quality Manual and implemented a Nuclear 10CFR-50 Quality Plan for Nuclear Manufacturing.

1996 - 2007 INNOVENT (ELDIM, BV) PEABODY, MA 01960 Innovent is a Dutch based International Engineering and Manufacturing Company. Engineered and Manufactured Customer Products and Equipment to customer specifications, for the Aerospace, and Semi-Conductor Markets. Innovent also designs, manufactures, assembles and tests Capital Equipment for the Industrial markets. Some major customers were Proctor & Gamble, Boeing, Northrop, IBM, Gillette. Innovent has multiple facilities in the U.S. and Europe. Innovent employed over 300 employees worldwide.

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Moved and Implemented Sine Tool & Die (Previous Company) into Innovent’s infrastructure and Business structure to combine the 2 companies into a world class manufacturing facility. Sine Tool & Die was a 30 man with 60 pieces of equipment and had a $4,500,000.00 revenue

Developed New Sales and Marketing Strategies, based on the two companies capabilities.

Increased Sales by over $1,500,000.00 per month in the first 2 years.

Setup and Managed a Network of 10 Sales Managers and Sales Associates Teams throughout U.S. and Europe.

Managed Start Up Company, Sine Tool & Die, from conception, until being acquired by Innovent (Eldim, BV). Sine Tool & Die designed and manufactured components for tools, dies, forming tools, industrial tools, machined parts and small sub-assemblies for Semiconductor, Automotive, Electronics and Industrial Industries. Sine Tool & Die also offered repair services to Capital Equipment Companies.

Responsibilities: Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Programming, Purchasing Equipment, Budgets, P&L, Manage and Motive employees, Training of all operators and managers.

Increased Sales of Customer base into diversified industries of Semiconductor, Microelectronics, Industrial, Automotive and Medical.
