• Reports directly to the Chancellor and serves as the primary assistant for the Chancellor’s Las Vegas Office; manages the Las Vegas office as the site operations manager.
• Responsible for providing effective communication, development of correspondence, coordination of the Chancellor’s calendar, supervises and mentors a junior administrative assistant and student workers, interfaces with the Board of Regents, and assists with the Las Vegas Office business operations.
• Daily activities include but not limited to office administration and high-level executive support acting as liaison between Vice Chancellors, Presidents, Regents, Faculty Senate, government officials, legislative groups, community partners, students, faculty, and staff.
