Achievements:

Took the challenge of overtaking an outgoing operation with poor values and worked with the team to improve them.

By improving communication among team members, started the education on LEAN MANUFACTURING Techniques.

Collaborated with the team, I was able to educate them and was able to implement and measure KPI’s.

Without interfering with the flow, quickly adapted to replace our existing ERP system from AS-400 to SAP.

Reframing perspective, we were able to use PARETO Chart-Analysis to decrease WASTE on FFS from 21% down to 9%.

Communicating with Scheduling, and using HISTOGRAMS, we improved the throughput by 27%.

Able by implementing several procedures in the process, we lowered DPMO from 12 down to 0.6 (86% improvement).

Not affecting the operation, got the certifications on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, MDSAP, and FDA 21 CFR-820.

Editing all KPI’s, we worked together to build teams (QRF’s) to do GEMBA walks to create KAIZEN (CI) events.

Improving all KPI’s by 21%, was promoted to run 2 facilities: ST (EtO) & DC in Yuma, AZ and WH & DC in Calexico, CA.
