Roles

In Exide battery company, there is Sales/Marketing department also an Internal Advertisement department that requires a Sales Clerk. I applied for the post and was appointed.

• List/enumerate the available stocks for the prospective buyer to purchase.

• Filling the order form for any customers that need a purchase.

• Cross-check the payment made receipt for the goods to the company account such that the amount tally up to the goods needed.

• Relate and analyze the warranty on the product (battery) to the prospective buyer, terms and condition applied.

• Giving the technical approach to the fixing of the battery to the automobile engine for proper usage

• Teach or practice the method/pattern to use to detect the faulty cut-out in the engine that can damage the battery hence, rendering the warranty claim unsuccessful.

• Look out for the distribution chart prepared by the Sales Clerk for the major distributor to share the goods to all the retailers under the area of coverage for proper distribution of the products.

• Prepare the sales performance chart of each customer for each month to prepare a welfare package for them based on higher sales volume.
